Our Premium Chelsea package is suitable for clients who require a detailed bespoke design for their new garden and is generally suited to clients with budgets of over £100,000 or who have particularly challenging sites, or who require the inclusion of highly bespoke elements such as swimming pools, outdoor kitchens, or tennis courts.

Following an initial online consultation with your designer, we will arrange to visit you during which the following areas will be discussed:

• How your requirements for your new garden might be satisfied in the context of the site and it’s setting.

• An analysis of the site and your existing garden; noting features both internally and external of the boundaries that may have an influence on the new design.

• Your tastes and preferences in terms of colour pallets and style of garden.

Your garden may also be surveyed at this time however it may be necessary for a third-party survey to be commissioned which we will arrange for you.  

Please note, the cost of any work undertaken by third parties is not included in the package’s price, payment for which will be directly between you and the contractor.

Your designer will then work to create a new design for your garden which will then be presented to you along with 3D concept imagery.  You will then be invited to comment.  

Should any revisions be required, your designer will then make any adjustments necessary before returning them to you for sign off. 

Please note, the package cost incudes one revision.  Any further revisions will be charged at the rate outlined in our terms and conditions of engagement.

Once the design layout has been signed off, your designer will then put together the final drawings for your design pack.  These will include:

• A full-colour plan of the new garden’s design.

• Digital 3D concept imagery.

• Setting out and other dimensions required by your landscaper for construction.

• Any required construction detailing for bespoke elements of the new design.

• Specification of materials and features.

• A detailed planting plan for the new design including plant details, numbers, and positioning.

• A maintenance schedule for all plants included within the design.

A copy of you design pack will then be presented to you for your records while quotes for the build work will be sought from experienced and reputable landscape contractors.  We usually recommend obtaining quotes from three different companies, during which process we will attend site with each of them to talk through the design and answer any particular questions they may have about the project.

Once you have decide which contractor you would like to engage, we will be on hand to monitor the project throughout the build and plant installation, making visits to site when necessary and assisting the contractor(s) when required.
